How much are your cakes?

The minimum price for a wedding cake (3 tier buttercream) price is $250; which has 100 servings. The price depends on a variety of things so make an appointment for your price quote.

What's your payment policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder is due at least two weeks prior to your event. Your order is not confirmed until we have received your signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit.

Payment can be made by cash, check, or paypal. Cake orders placed with less than two weeks notice require payment in full at the time of ordering. Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel your order, your balance payment is refundable provided The Pink Icing is notified at least five (5) business days prior to the event. There is no payment refund on orders canceled within five (5) business days of the event.

Do you deliver?

Delivery is available for wedding cakes and cakes that require on-site assembly. Delivery fees are calculated by distance traveled. For most of Utah County the delivery fee will be $40. That includes Springville, Spanish Fork, Salem, Payson, Santaquin, Provo, Orem, Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Highland, Alpine, and Lehi. Exceptions are Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain.

Delivery fee to Salt Lake City / County and Bountiful range from $50-65. While it is generally not a problem for clients to transport smaller cakes, self-transporting any cake is at your own risk. I do not recommend clients self-transport 3D/sculptural cakes, cakes over 2 tiers tall, and I am not responsible for any damage that may occur to any client-transported cake once it has left my house.

I have dietary restrictions. Can you help me?

You just want to eat like a normal person and not seem like a "freak" don't worry... I have Celiac disease and therefore can make delicious wheat and gluten-free cakes. Ask about details.
